Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver thoughtful, empathetic, and accurate responses to customer inquiries through our help desk platform
  • Create, update, and improve help center documentation and knowledge base articles
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to investigate and resolve software-related issues
  • Help develop and refine workflows that enable customers to complete legal paperwork efficiently
  • Test new product features and bug fixes while providing valuable customer-focused feedback
  • Identify recurring customer concerns and communicate trends to relevant teams
  • Contribute to ongoing improvements in customer experience and operational processes
